The domaine

Domaine créé en 2014, cultivé et certifié en Agriculture Biologique dès sa création.
Sous Mention Nature et Progrès depuis 2018.
Nous cultivons du Melon de Bourgogne, de la Folle Blanche, du Montyl, du Pineau d'Aunis et du Cabernet.
Les vignes

Vignoble à dominante de Melon, implanté sur le haut du pays Nantais, orienté Nord Sud et Ouest, 
Nous disposons d'une belle palette de terroirs.
Les vignes sont en moyenne âgée de 40 ans, avec une volonté de renouveler les parcelles les plus endommagées par la chimie. (- mortalité élevée)
La vinification

Vins Blancs, 
Pressurage puis fermentation ensemencées par Pied de Cuve réalisé avec nos raisins.
élevage en cuve majoritairement et un peu de Barriques 500 et 600L en chêne , durée de 6 mois à 2 ans 
Rouge
Profil léger: macération égrappée courte, élevage en cuve
Profil structuré : macération de 2 à 3 semaines, semi égrappées, élevage de  2 ans en Barriques.

Nolem:
-terroir de Grès 10 mois sur bois

La croix Moriceau:
-terroir d'Orthogneiss, de 6 à 12 mois d'élevage en cuve verrée

Ker Ma:
-terroir d'amphiobolite de 6 à 12 mois d'élevage en cuve verrée, 

Le Breil :
-terroir de Quartz et Orthogneiss, de 12 à 18 mois en cuve inox

Le Mortier Gobin:
-terroir de Quartzite et Orthogneiss 12 à 24 mois en cuve verrée ou œuf béton

Tribute:
-Terroir de Grès
12à 24 mois en cuve inox
