The domaine


Le domaine est situé dans la garrigue chaque parcelle de vigne est en clos,  entourée de bois de pins et de chênes qui favorisent grâce à nos méthodes de culture une grande Biodiversité. 


The vines



La richesse de nos vins provient d'un terroir exceptionnel cultivé à minima depuis plusieurs décennie en Agriculture Biologique. Parce que nos méthodes de travail vont bien plus loin dans l'élaboration de nos vins nous avons demander la certification AB qu'en 2019.



Winemaking


En cave,  chaque cuvées sont élaborées comme le faisait mon grand père dans la tradition d'une méthode strictement naturelle. Aucun produit chimique, ni intrant ne sont tolérés.
Nos vins sont uniquement issue de jus de raisins fermentés par leur propre levure sans aucun autre ajout chimique.
