The domaine

Petit domaine en construction progressive, nous atteignons 4.5 ha en 2015. Le travail est artisanal et consciencieux, avec l'appui des préceptes biodynamiques afin de produire des vins authentiques et vivants.

The vines

Les vignes, d'une trentaine d'années en moyenne, se partagent en 2 îlots: Marsanne et Syrah en altitude sur schistes et Syrah et carignan sur le causse argilo-calcaire.
Aucun intrants au vignoble excepté soufre et cuivre.


Winemaking

Vinification naturelle et sans intrants. Le minimum de soufre possible.
On respecte la matière première!
le raisin, vendangé à la main, est manipulé avec précaution et par gravité.
Les choix de vinifications varient en fonction des cuvées.


The wines

Le cuvées "originelles": Mademoiselle Marsanne et Mademoiselle Syrah, et Trois Cent Vingt.
Les cuvées "originales": Le Tchô Canon, Au Bon vieux temps du Rock n'roll, i Naturalibus.
