Notre domaine est situé dans un village viticole millénaire et sur un des Terroirs les plus intéressant des Balkans.

Vinification bourguignonne

Les vins
 Nos vins mousseux sont produits en méthode ancestrale. Sans ajout de sucres, levures et SO2. Dégorgé à la main.
Les vins tranquilles reçoivent entre 1 et 3 mg/l de SO2 sur le total du processus de vignification/élevage et mise en bouteille.
