The domaine

Laurent Lebled a commencé le travail du vin nature en 2010. 
Il exploite 3.40ha entre Savigny en véron et Saint Aignan sur Cher. Il y produit du Cabernet Franc, du Sauvignon et du Gamay.
Il s'agit d'une nouvelle carrière professionnelle. Après 30 ans dans le commerce bois non traité, il avait de nombreux clients vignerons en vins natures (Olivier Cousin, Patrick Corbineau, Sébastien Bobinet...). Les personnages étant aussi professionnels qu'attachants, ils sont devenus des amis.
C'est donc au fil du temps qu'il a découvert les hommes et leur métier. En 2010, il décide d'apprendre ce nouveau métier sous les conseils de Sébastien Bobinet et de Bernard Pontonnier avec lesquels il fera sa première cuvée.
Il travaille aujourd'hui ses vins en macération carbonique (rouges et blanc) et prépare de nouvelles cuvées pour l'avenir.


The vines

1 ha 10 de vigne à Savigny en Véron (37420), près de Chinon.
Type de sol : sable et limon
Age de la vigne : 50 à 70 ans.
2ha30  à Saint Aignan sur Cher (41110) près de Blois.
Type de sol : argile et calcaire.
Age de la vigne : 40 à 50 ans.


Winemaking

Macération carbonique/Levure indigène
La macération de la vendange du vin rouge demande de 17 à 21 jours. Pour les blancs : 5 à 12 jours.
Cette macération se déroule en cuve ciment sur un plancher en bois de châtaigner. Le raisin sera ensuite pressé dans un pressoir à vis avant de terminer sa fermentation en cuve fibre.
La mise en bouteille s'effectue avec des bouchons de liège.
Le but est d'exercer le minimum d'intervention humaine sur le vin.
Aucun SO2 ni filtration
