The domaine

Domaine en biodynamie avec un travail poussé sur les traitements à base de plante.
Vinification sans aucuns intrants ni filtration.

The vines

Vigne en moyenne de 50 ans.
Chenin, Sauvignon Blanc, Gamay, Cabernet Franc et Cabernet Sauvignon.

Winemaking

Pour les rouges travaille en grappe entière.
Macération courte sur les Sauvignon Blanc, en moyenne 7-9 jours.
Presse direct sur les Chenins.
