The domaine

Les vignes sont sur les communes de Langlade et Saint Dionisy (entre Nîmes et Sommières)

The vines

vignes principalement conduites en gobelet, cépages adaptés à notre terroir : grenache, mourvèdre, carignan, terret, bourboulenc, piquepoul, clairette....

Winemaking

faire un vin naturel avec mes levures indigènes qui reflètent mon terroir et le millésime.
Cette année 2023 les fermentations se sont très bien déroulées.
