The domaine

Le Domaine Carterole a été fondé en 2011, l'exploitation est située au cœur de deux terroirs : Collioure pour 5ha et Saint-André pour 15ha, au sud des Pyrénées-Orientales (66), en Catalogne Nord.


The vines

Le travail de la terre se fait à la main, au rythme de la vigne, à l'aide du « xadic » (pioche légère et tranchante en catalan), du motoculteur sur les pentes douces et du cheval lorsque cela est possible.
La particularité du Domaine est la plantation de cépages blancs autochtones à la catalogne comme le Xarel.Lo en 2020


Winemaking

À la cave, la vinification est réalisée sans intrants œnologiques ni sulfites ajoutés.
Nos vins sont produits à partir des raisins issus de notre vignoble, certifié Agriculture Biologique (AB) et vendangés manuellement.
