The domaine

VIGNERONNE ARTISANE
VINS SINCERES
Le petit Domaine des Trois Petiotes est situé dans la zone de production des Côtes de Bourg, le long de l’estuaire de la Gironde, sur un petit plateau bien venté, constitué d’argiles profondes. 


The vines

Vignes âgées de 55 ans.
Trois cépages : malbec, merlot et cabernet franc.
Enherbement naturel.
Traitement bios + tisanes et purins de plantes.


Winemaking

Vinification douces sans intrants autres que le soufre, uniquement quand il est nécessaire, et toujours < 20mg/l de SO2 total.
Élevages en cuves pour les cuvées de macération courtes et en barriques de chêne anciennes pour les cuvées de macération longue.
Mise en bouteilles manuelle par gravités.
