The domaine

Petit domaine du Beaujolais en Bio depuis 2016 , Vin Méthode Nature depuis 2019.

The vines

Vignes traditionneles du Beaujolais, gobelets de 60ans en moyenne, 10.000 pieds hectare. Terroir granitique.

Winemaking

Macération carbonique d'une douzaine de jours en moyenne. Pressurage au pressoir vertical. Transfert des jus/mouts/vins par gravité uniquement. Elevage en barriques de 6-7ans au moins.

The wines

5 cuvées, 5 appellations ( Régnié , Morgon Les Charmes , Morgon Corcelette , Brouilly et Beaujolais-Lantignié ), 5 terroirs différents. Elevage en cuve béton, foudres, demi-muids , cuves émaillées ou amphores. 8 mois en moyenne.
