The domaine

Bodega fundada en 1997,con una produccion de 10000 botellas  y vinos hechos 100 % sin ningún  tipo de aditivo, con el maximo respeto al medioambiente



The vines

5 Hectareas a 1000 metros de altitud en la cara norte de Sierra Nevada, en un pequeño pueblo (Graena) con suelo de arena y piedra.Plubiometría de 250 litros de agua al año.Clima continental(extremo de frio y calor)

Vendimia manual,acero inoxtemperatura controlada por friocrianza en barrica de roble
