 Le domaine

Depuis sa création en 2020

Les vignes

Toutes nos vignes en Arbois et
Poligny (1,3 Ha de Pinot Noir, 0,43 Ha de Savagnin, et 0,6 Ha de
Poulsard/Trousseau) sont en dernière année de conversion BIO en cette
année 2023/2024.
Les prochaines récoltes 2024 seront donc toutes BIO.

La vinification

Nous
sommes adepte des macérations longues à froid (intra-pelliculaires 100%
carbonique) pour les rouges et fermentations et élevages en tonneaux,
demi-muids et foudres pour les blancs.
