The domaine

3.7 Hectares de très vielles vignes + une plantation de gamay ! Ici tout est fait manuellement.

The vines

Les vignes ont dans leur majorité elle sont âgées de plus de 80 ans et nous avons même deux parcelle centenaire (sylvaner). Nous avons l'ensemble des cépages Alsaciens mais aussi du gamay que nous avons planté en 2020, et de vielles variétés d'hybrides (25 ares !)

Winemaking

Tout est fait manuellement de la récolte à la mise en bouteille. La seule machine intervenant étant la pompe à vin, quand nous n'avons pas le choix. Les mises en bouteilles sont aussi totalement manuelles: tireuses, boucheuse manuelle, étiquetage manuel etc.
