The domaine

Bourre pif est créé en mai 2022. 
Initialement c'est un micro négoce en partenariat avec des vignerons en biodynamie et bio avec qui partagent le même respect de la terre et du vivant.
Depuis 2024, Bourre pif devient un petit domaine en parallèle du négoce avec 40 ares en fermage sur les hauteurs de Blienschwiller.

The vines

Parcelles de pinot noir vieilles vignes sur granite, riesling grand cru sur granite et la petite dernière, encore du pinot noir.
Le travaille à la vigne se fait avec le minimum d'intervention,microdose de soufre et cuivre quand il n'y a pas le choix, certification bio.
Tout est fait à la main.

Winemaking

Sans intrants ni filtration : zéro compromis.
