The domaine


The vines

The vineyard was planted in 2009, with 8 different grape varieties. Mainly hybrides. Soil health has always been the main focus for this land, so the vines have never seen any chemical treatment or fertilizers. Our work in the vines is to encourage biodiversity and the holistic balance of the vineyard by increasing organic matter and promoting microbial activity. 
During the growing season we are showering the vines with herbal teas and microbial fermentations to boost their immune system. Fertilizers are always naturally sourced from local highland cattle cows, brown algae, compost teas etc.

Winemaking

In the cellar the wines are made with great care, precision and minimal intervention. Nothing is added in the winemaking process and only the naturally occurring yeasts are used.
The wines that come out of this place are recognised by their vibrancy, purity, and deep expression.
