Composé de 8 hectares di vigne (6 en production), 14 d'oliviers, 45 de foret, le reste patourages et foin

The vines

Utilisation de cépages typiques de l'endroit (Procanico, Ciliegiolo, Sangiovese, Cannonau gris).
La vigne la plus agée est d'environ 60 ans

Winemaking

Avec le levures indigènes, macérations prologées puor 4, 5 semaines, elevages en fut de chene, sand aucun intrant
