Le domaine a été créé en 2018 et fait 6 hectares. Nous sommes en Agriculture Biologique depuis les années 90 (lorsque la mère de Fabrice était la vigneronne) Nous travaillons au maximum en traction animale avec notre cheval, Jasmin.
The vines
Nous avons différents cépages : grenache, carignan, mourvèdre, syrah, cinsault, cabernet, vermentino, grenache blanc et grenache gris Nous gardons en enherbement naturel qui sert à enrichir les sols et nourrir notre cheval.
Winemaking
Macération courte en grappe entières. Presse avec un pressoir vertical en bois, manuel. Elevage sur lies dans des barriques (2nde main) et cuves en ciment ou fibre.
