The domaine

Petit domaine en agriculture biologique certifié depuis 2011. Vins rouges sans soufre.

The vines

Carignans et grenache en gobelet, syrah en cordon de Royat. Vignes de 1911 à 2004.

Winemaking

Après vendanges manuelles, vinification des moûts égrappés en cuve béton. Elevage béton, sauf pour les magnums de cosmic debris. Vins sans soufre, ni collés, ni filtrés.
