The domaine

Le Domaine Thuronis, conduit en Bio depuis 2006 accueille un paysan boulanger et un vigneron. Les vignes ont étées reprises par Alexandre en 2010; travail avec le moins d'intrants a la vigne et aucun intrant excepté le raisin a la cave.

Conduite en Guyot simple ou double.
Cépages Merlot, Cabernet, Cot, Marselan, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay


Winemaking

Les vins sont vinifiés sans aucun intrant. Utilisation du gaz fermentaire d'une cuve pour inertage des autres cuves.
