The domaine

reprise de la ferme paternelle en 1995. N'étaient alors sur la ferme que du porc hors-sol, et cultures de coteaux (céréales d'hiver et luzerne). Les vignes remplacèrent alors l'élevage porcin, et s'ajoutèrent un élevage de volailles label, et de lapins. Ces 2 derniers sont les seules productions non AB de la ferme.

The vines

VIGNES CONDUITES EN AB DEPUIS LEURS PLANTATIONS. CERTIFIEES DEPUIS 2002. L'approche du respect du sol se rapproche de la vision biodynamique, avec des interventions très ciblées, et uniquement si nécessaires (enherbement total sur sol argileux, et 2 à 3 béchages fin printemps, début été sur les sols sableux. Très peu de cuivre (4 kg/ha pour 2012).

Winemaking

vinif sans SO2 depuis 2007. les filtrations sont adaptées à la cuvée (risque de départ de volatile, par exemple)

The wines

vins de cépages : gamay et syrah en rouge, roussanne et viognier en blanc. Majorité en bouteille, et des BIB selon les années.
