Vignes exposées plein sud sur des coteaux de shistes et quartzites, rive nord de la Loire.

The vines

Vignes entre 60 et 20 ans. Melon de bourgogne, Gamay, Cabernet Sauvignon. Densité 7700 pieds/ha.

Winemaking

Levures indigènes, soutirage après malo, SO2 si besoin avant mise en bouteille (10 à 20 mg/L)
