The domaine

Situé dans l'Aude sur la commune de Malras, près de Limoux.
Parcelles de chenin, mauzac et chardonnay (en bio-dynamie depuis 98) et sauvignon blanc (conversion en 20 et 21).
Vinifications et mises en bouteilles sans aucun intrants, vins pur jus.).

The vines

Chenin, mauzac et chardonnay à Malras en bio et bio-dynamie depuis 98.Carignan à Carcassonne en bio depuis 2006.Carignan à Arquettes en val première année de conversion (seulement pour 2014).

Winemaking

Blancs, pressurage direct, fermentation en cuve ou en tonneaux.Rouges, la vendange entière est encuvée, légèrement foulée. Cuvaison courte puis pressurage. fermentation en cuve ou en tonneaux.
