The domaine

5 ha de vigne dans l'ouest du Languedoc vers Limoux au sud de Carcassonne, dans le sud de la Malepère.

The vines

Deux lieux :
- la Mothe : Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot noir, Cabernet franc, Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Villarzel : Merlot
Les sols sont argilo-calcaires, le climat est marqué par des influences méditerranéennes, mais également par des influences océaniques.

Winemaking

Vinification naturelle. Je n'utilise pas de levure ni sulfite ni autres intrants. Les procédés sont simples, je n'utilise ni chauffage ni réfrigération, ni filtration... Des vins libres et 100,00% fruit.
