The domaine

Les vignes sont cultivées cultivées en agriculture biologique depuis leur plantation. La surface en vigne augmentera prochainement suite à des replantations.

The vines

Merlot, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon.
Sols argilo calcaires dans l'ouest du Languedoc.

Winemaking

Pratiques simples et minimales.
Aucun intrant œnologique, et certainement pas de sulfite.
Le sulfite est le pire poison autorisé dans un vin bio et devrait être le premier intrant à supprimer dans une démarche de respect du consommateur, et non pas le seul à conserver.
Présenter des vins sulfités, même "légèrement", comme "naturels" relève de la fourberie.
