The domaine
Petit domaine isolé sur la commune de Tuchan travail en bio depuis 2002 demande de certification en 2008.vieilles vignes avec des petits rendements a ce jour nous avons replanté en parti le vignoble pour obtenir de meilleur rendement parce que le terroir est très difficile.
la vinification se fait par levures indigènes sans sulfites.
certain de mes vins font un passage en barriques enterré pendant 6 à 12 mois.
les autres passent en barriques dans le caveau.

Travail des vignes en bio et (biodynamie non déclaré).Travail de labour avec interceps vignes en gobelet, syrah et mourvedre en palissage traitement soufre tisanes de prêle, orties, consoudes, fougères et préparation a base de pain.
