Domaine familial et artisanal de 10 ha en bio depuis 1997 et officiellement certifié depuis 2004. Les vins sont vinifiés sans aucun intrant depuis 2011.The vines
Mozaïque de 18 parcelles en coteaux sur un terroir de schistes et calcschistes. Age moyen des vignes : 60 ans. Cépages Carignan, Grenache Blanc-Gris-Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Macabeo et Muscat petits grains.
Sols filtrants très pauvres. Rendement compris entre 10 et 20 hl/ha. Vendanges manuelles et sélectives en cagettes.
Winemaking
Vinification exclusivement à partir des levures indigènes, sans sulfites ajoutés ni aucun autre intrant. Cuves inox, jarres en terre cuite et vinification intégrale en barrique.The wines
Blanc (macabeo.grenache blanc), Orange (macabeo), Rosé (mourvèdre, grenache gris), 3 rouges : Pas pareil (dominante grenache et carignan, syrah), Le Pointilliste (dominante syrah et grenache noir, macabeo), Angels (dominante Cargignan, grenache), muscat de Rivesaltes et Rivesaltes Grenat mutés avec l'alcool issu de nos marcs.
Tous les vins ont un SO2 libre < 7 mg/l et un SO2 total < 10 mg/l (sauf Muscat de Rivesaltes).

Sa définition du vin naturel
Un vin issu de l'agriculture biologique, produit exclusivement avec du raisin, sur une petite exploitation familiale et artisanale où la majorité des travaux est effectuée à la main et dans un total respect de la biodiversité. Chaque millésime est forcément différent du précédent - et c'est tant mieux - et apporte autant de surprises au vigneron qu'au consommateur car il n'est pas formaté.
