The domaine

Cuatro Manos Malbec 2014 , vinifié en levures iindigènes et sans SO2, sans filtration ni autre intervention et en cuve béton pendant 12 à 18 mois avant embouteillage.

The vines

Vignes de 15 ans cultivés à 1400m d'altitude. Zone de Gualtallary , Tupungato à 110kms au Sud de Mendoza.
Les propriétaires utilisent un peu de désherbant par paresse, sinon soufre fleur et un peu de cuivre mais très peu de pression dans cette zone fraîche et aérée.

Winemaking

Macération de 10 à 15 jours avec 80% de raisin égrappé, le reste en grappes entières.
Décuvage puis presse et fin de fermentation et stockage en cuve béton.
